When is my county's tax sale?
New York counties publish their tax sales one at a time, in different places, in different formats. This page keeps the current season in one table: the sale date and the registration deadline for every New York sale we have verified, checked against the county or the auctioneer running the sale.
Dates and deadlines are free here, and they stay free. What they do not tell you is whether you can actually afford to bid: the deposit you need in hand, the buyer's premium on top of your bid, the fees stacked under it. That layer is the membership, and it is described honestly below.

No sale in the current verified set matches that search. Counties join this table when their sales are announced and verified, not before.
Two sales in this table have not published their full terms yet, and one registration deadline is still missing its exact date on the auctioneer's own page. The table says so where it applies rather than filling the gap with a guess.
County by county pages
Every row in the table has its own page: the dates, the registration steps, and the terms where the county has published them. Where terms are still unpublished, the page says so in plain language.
What this page leaves out, on purpose
A sale date gets you interested. The registration deadline gets you in. But neither one tells you what a bid actually costs, and that is where buyers get hurt: a deposit due the moment a parcel is struck down, a buyer's premium of ten or eleven percent on top of the bid, an advertising fee under that, a balance due date with forfeiture behind it.
Those rules are the paid layer, and they are not summarized here. Members of the NY Tax Sale Calendar get, for every county in the season:
