Before you bid

The terms state the County acquired title under RPTL Article 11 and that all known rights of redemption were extinguished by the foreclosure proceedings. Conveyances are still subject to federal and state tax liens and any bankruptcy proceedings, and checking for those is the buyer research burden. Prior owners may bid only if their bid exceeds the back taxes, and all auction and filing fees must be paid at the auction.

Verify before you go: dates and terms were checked on October 15, 2026, and counties can change them. Read the official terms on the auction page before you register.
